Hearthside Family Health Announces New Primary Care Provider

Hearthside Family Health is excited to have Julie Hounchell, APRN join their growing family practice. Hearthside has offered membership-based primary care for the last 8 years and now can re-open their panel with the addition of Julie. Julie is an experienced family nurse practitioner with over 25 years caring for people of all ages–from newborns to older adults. She has worked in family practice, pediatric practice, and Pediatric Pulmonary Specialty clinics during her career. She moved back to New Hampshire to be closer to family, and to join her friends in practice at Hearthside Family Health. 

Julie has spent the majority of her career helping children and families manage chronic conditions like asthma through education, support and personalized care. She has helped launch several community-focused programs including a school-based health center and a pediatric asthma clinic–and is passionate about improving access to care for all families. 

Julie works closely with patients to build strong, trusting relationships that support lifelong wellness. 

She values the strong patient partnerships and meaningful relationships with families that Direct Primary Care (DPC) makes possible–providing attentive, whole-person care in a simpler, more accessible manner. She is accepting new patients and looks forward to serving the community with compassion, expertise, and a focus on wellness and prevention. Currently accepting patients aged 0-62yo.
