About Us
Monadnock Perinatal is a family-centered perinatal support practice based in Keene, New Hampshire, offering compassionate, evidence-based care throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the breastfeeding journey. Founded by Ashley Norris, IBCLC, CD(DONA), CCCE, the practice provides lactation consultations, birth and postpartum doula support, childbirth education, placenta encapsulation, and individualized support for growing families. With a strong focus on informed choice, emotional support, and community connection, Monadnock Perinatal strives to create a welcoming and empowering space for all parents as they navigate pregnancy, birth, feeding, and early parenthood.
