Monadnock Community Hospital is a 25-bed nonprofit critical access hospital, located in Peterborough, NH. Comprised of a diverse network of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers, this community hospital provides a wide range of primary and speciality care services for individuals and families with offices in Peterborough, Rindge, Jaffrey, Antrim and New Ipswich.
We’re making progress by expanding access to specialized care and meeting the needs of our community with thoughtful consideration and purpose. It’s a mission dating back to Robert M. Parmelee’s donation of his Peterborough summer home in 1919, supporting his dream of a local, community-supported hospital residents could consider their own.
Proudly an integral part of the healthcare community in the Monadnock Region, we continue to introduce new specialty services, bringing high-quality medical care closer to home.
