Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Recruiter position are as follows:

  • Bachelors Degree, experience considered
  • 3-5+ years recent/relevant talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Union/medical provider experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask with shifting priorities to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to follow through and sense of urgency
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

For the Talent Acquisition Recruiter position your duties will include:
  • Full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Act as subject matter expert within organization
  • Source, screen, interview, evaluate, and select talent
  • Develop talent pool to ensure a diverse set of high quality employees
  • Provide training for hiring managers
  • Develop range of sourcing resources
  • Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
  • Manage/attend hiring events as needed
  • Utilize social media/networking to expand results
  • Other duties as assigned
