The 50 & Better Expo promotes healthy, active, and engaged living for adults in the Monadnock Region. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore resources that support physical health, mental well-being, social connection, and planning for aging and independence, for free! The event will highlight the opportunities in southwest New Hampshire for individuals to stay informed, empowered, and engaged in their communities.
